The RAPTOR product group is our latest development and its design reflects our philosophy and proven track record of technology driven product development focusing on operator safety, operational efficiency and user-friendly features.
The RAPTOR product line is ideal for highly variable demand users but with an air capacity range, working pressure and enhanced features to perform at a level expected of much larger air systems.
The RAPTOR product line features world-class appliance cabinet designs in three (3) configuration options to meet your exact requirements as featured below:
- Innovative, single appliance RAPTORCFS breathing air system
- RAPTORBAC breathing air compressor combined with our operator-friendly, containment design SAFESTATIONX2 fill station and your choice of:
- DOT air storage systems in either a 2 or 3 component
configuration.
- ASME air storage systems in either a 2 or 3 component configuration.
The RAPTORCFS is the most innovative, safe & easy to use breathing air system on the market today. Designed to re-fill SCBA and SCUBA cylinders with breathing air that exceeds NFPA and all other breathing air standards.
- Compact, single cabinet appliance design includes compressors with charging rate capacities ranging from 6 to 14 CFM, two position containment fill station and choice of air storage system.
- Control panel indicators and controls grouped by function, and color-coded integral text description for improved visibility and safety.
- Cooling system includes top discharge extractor to maintain optimal operating temperature for the compressor.
- Unique AIRLOCK fill station access door design provides maximum operator comfort; the balanced door and cylinder access sleeves tilt effortlessly for loading and unloading.
- Integral retractable reel option with 50' of hose located at the center of the appliance plus an additional optional 50' in its own compartment.
- Innovative air purification system exceeds all air quality standards and is designed with redundant fail-safe features.

The RAPTORBAC compressors are optimally sized for highly variable demand users with an air capacity range of 6.0 to 14.0 CFM.
- Innovative, graphic-technology operating control panel featuring air flow diagram in background.
- Logical grouping of instrumentation by function and color-coded integral text descriptions and operating instructions.
- Engineered cooling air flow through cabinet and top discharge exhaust system maintain ideal operating environment temperature to assure continuous and efficient operation capability.
- Well-proven, conventional design reciprocating compressor with enhanced heat dissipation properties for long life, simple and cost-effective splash lubrication, and volumetric efficiency that delivers every cubic foot of air advertised.

The SAFESTATIONX2 includes the best available in safety and user friendly features including:
- Flexibility to manage multiple SCBA and SCUBA cylinder types with varying pressures and air storage control.
- Cabinet is engineered to contain the effect of suddenly expanded high pressure air in the event of a cylinder or component rupture and features three layers of containment protection for operators.
- Unique AirLock access door design for maximum operator comfort. Click the handle up to raise and trap the door completely behind the cabinet frame for filling. Click the handle down to lower the door and clear the cabinet frame to open. Balanced door and cylinder holding sleeves tilt effortlessly for loading and unloading cylinders.
- Capability to add integral air storage cylinders directly piped to optional cascade control panel configurations.
