The Blackhawk product line is ideal for highly variable demand users but with an air capacity range, working pressure and enhanced features to perform at a level expected of much larger air systems.
The Blackhawk product line features world-class appliance cabinet designs in three (3) configuration options to meet your exact requirements as featured below:
- Licensed, National Recognized Testing Laboratory (NTRL) manufacturer of electronic control panels per UL® 508A standards
- UL® classified SCBA containment fill station
- Innovative, single appliance BlackhawkCFS breathing air system
- RaptorBAC breathing air compressor combined with our operator-friendly, containment design SafeStationX2 fill station and your choice of:
- ISO air storage systems in either a 2 or 3 component
configuration.
- ASME air storage systems in either a 2 or 3 component configuration.
The most innovative single-appliance breathing air system designed to re-fill SCBA and SCUBA cylinders. Features include:
- Control panel indicators and controls grouped by function, and color-coded integral text description for improved visibility and safety.
- Compact, single cabinet appliance design includes compressor, two-position, UL® Classified containment fill station and choice of air storage system.
- Swing-Away fill station service access design
- Recessed cascade controls with a Forward Tilt regulated fill control panel
- Unique AirLock fill station access door design provides maximum operator comfort; the balanced door and cylinder access sleeves tilt effortlessly for loading and unloading.
- Integral retractable reel option with 50' of hose located at the center of the appliance plus an additional optional 50' in its own compartment.

- World class appliance design with user-friendly operating controls and compact, space saving configuration.
- Optimal capacity for highly variable demand users with models for 5000 or 6000 PSI applications.
- Well-proven, conventional reciprocating compressor design with piston rings on all stages assures volume efficiency.
- Engineered cooling air flow through the cabinet assures continuous operation whenever required. Top discharge exhaust does not permit hot air to re-circulate within the cabinet. This maintains an ideal cabinet environment assuring optimal compressor operating temperature.
- Large, uncluttered operating control panel provides “at sight” operation monitoring and includes “knockdown” feature for quick access for routine maintenance.
- Modern, innovative air purification system with redundant fail-safe features assures air quality exceeds all standards.

Innovation, experience and advanced design technology are the driving forces behind the EagleAir™ SafeStation containment design, SCBA/SCUBA cylinder fill stations.
The SafeStationX2 includes the best available in safety and user friendly features including:
- Flexibility to manage multiple SCBA and SCUBA cylinder types with varying pressures and air storage control.
- UL® Classified SCBA containment fill station.
- Cabinet is engineered to contain the effect of suddenly expanded high pressure air in the event of a cylinder or component rupture and features three layers of containment protection for operators.
- Unique AirLock access door design for maximum operator comfort. Click the handle up to raise and trap the door completely behind the cabinet frame for filling. Click the handle down to lower the door and clear the cabinet frame to open. Balanced door and cylinder holding sleeves tilt effortlessly for loading and unloading cylinders.
- "Push-to-Set" regulator design that prevents unintentional adjustment in compliance with NFPA 1901, 2009 Edition.
- Capability to add integral air storage cylinders directly piped to optional cascade control panel configurations.
