The BARON product group is our Company’s flagship product design concept with features that define our focus, commitment to unsurpassed operator safety, user-friendly functionality, operational versatility, and seamless appliance finish.

The BARON product line is designed to meet most air demand requirements and includes models with a charging rate capacity range of 8 to 38 cubic feet per minute (CFM). All models feature compressors with a working pressure of 6000 PSI and include a vast array of advanced air flow controls that can be configured to meet exacting user needs.

The BARON world-class appliance cabinet designs are available with five (5) compressor sizes and packaged in three (3) configuration options as follow:

  • The turn-key, single appliance BARONCFS breathing air system.
  • The TALONBAC breathing air compressor combined with our high capacity, versatile containment design SAFESTATIONX3 fill station.
  • Each of the above can be fitted with your choice of ASME or DOT air storage cylinders, integral to the BARONCFS or SAFESTATIONX3 appliance or in a separate rack mounted configuration.

BARONCFS

The BARONCFS is a modern and innovative single appliance breathing air system. Its designed to meet most air demand requirements through a vast array of ADVANCED air flow control options. The seamless and spacious design also provides unsurpassed operator visibility and comfort.

  • Complete SCBA/SCUBA cylinder refill system in a world class appliance design with sound attenuation to limit noise to 76 dBa.
  • The system includes the compressor, with capacities ranging from 8 to 24 CFM charging rate, three position containment design fill station and choice of air storage system.
  • Engineered cooling air flow through cabinet and top discharge exhaust system maintain ideal operating environment temperature to assure continuous and efficient operation capability.
  • Large, illuminated operating and fill control panels include all normal and fault condition indicators and offer the flexibility for many advanced and multiple fill control options.
  • Unique AIRLOCK fill station access door design provides maximum operator comfort; the balanced door and cylinder access sleeves tilt effortlessly for loading and unloading.
  • Integral retractable reel option with 50' of hose located at the center of the appliance plus an additional optional 50' in its own compartment.
  • Innovative air purification system exceeds all air quality standards and is designed with redundant fail-safe features.

TALONBAC

The TALONBAC (Breathing Air Compressor) is designed to meet most air demand requirements and includes four models with an air capacity ranging from 8.0 to 24.0 CFM and 6000 PSIG working pressure. All feature a world-class, seamless appliance cabinet with innovative operating controls and indicators arranged in an illuminated, spacious operating control panel that provide unsurpassed operator access and visibility.

  • Extensive sound attenuation limits noise to 76 dBa.
  • Innovative, graphic-technology operating control panel featuring air flow diagram in background.
  • Illuminated operating control panel includes logical grouping of instrumentation by function and color-coded integral text description and operating instructions. Panel features indicator light for all normal and fault conditions.
  • Well-proven, conventional design reciprocating compressor with enhanced heat dissipation for long life, simple and cost-effective splash lubrication, and volumetric efficiency that delivers every cubic foot of air advertised.
  • Innovative air purification system exceeds all air quality standards and is designed with redundant fail-safe features.

Innovation, experience and advanced design technology are the driving forces behind the EagleAir™ SAFESTATION containment design, SCBA/SCUBA cylinder fill stations.

The SAFESTATIONX3 includes the best available in safety and user friendly features including:

  • Flexibility to manage multiple SCBA and SCUBA cylinder types with varying pressures and air storage control.
  • Cabinet is engineered to contain the effect of suddenly expanded high pressure air in the event of a cylinder or component rupture and features three layers of containment protection for operators.
  • Unique AirLock access door design for maximum operator comfort. Click the handle up to raise and trap the door completely behind the cabinet frame for filling. Click the handle down to lower the door and clear the cabinet frame to open. Balanced door and cylinder holding sleeves tilt effortlessly for loading and unloading cylinders.
  • Capability to add integral air storage cylinders directly piped to optional cascade control panel configurations.
  • Designed to fill three (3) SCBA/SCUBA cylinders simultaneously or separately. Large, illuminated fill control panel features a non-glare, textured powder coat finish that provides a clear view of the user-friendly controls and indicators. Cabinet design includes space at the rear for three (3) DOT or ASME air storage cylinders.
